Base Criteria to participate in bronze squad:

  • swim 200m freestyle with bilateral breathing,high elbow recovery arm with proper tumble turn in 4'30". (to be timed by coaches or the swim school coordinator)
  • swim 100 backstroke with bent arm pulling action,correct tumble turn and backstroke race start.
  • swim 100 breaststroke with correct timing, race turn and underwater pull-out.
  • swim 25m butterfly with race dive,straight recovery arm, correct timing and technique.
  • train 1hour session.

    * This program is run at a cost of $100 per month + SwimmingSA registration fees. For all levels a trial is required.


Training 3 sessions a week, the junior squad swimmers have the opportunity to start their relationship with the club. They train in all strokes and are encouraged to compete.


This squad trains up to 5 sessions a week, with swimmers building their stamina and skills across the strokes. Swimmers are encouraged to compete across a range of Swimming SA events.


This squad trains up to 5 sessions a week. Swimmers should have good stamina and skills in all strokes. Swimmers are encouraged to compete across a range of Swimming SA events.


This squad trains between 4-7 sessions a week, and are required to compete at SwimmingSA meets and achieve state championship qualifying times.


The Senior squad trains up to 10 sessions per week. These squad members have qualified to swim in state age and national competitions and have shown the capacity to train at this level. Swimmers compete locally and around the country.
